No Sound on mobile speed camera ?

Hi ,New member,can anyone help Satnav= tomtom 720.download all OK,database OK,Gatso and Traffic lights have sound warning, but no sound on the mobile speed cameras. Thanks Johnboy

Depends how you set them up....

A. If you are just using the built-in sound effects, you need to choose one when you do the "warn when near" setups for EVERY camera type and speed.

B. If you are using the voice warnings from this site or similar, there are two methods:

1. If the NAME of the ound file is exactly the same as the NAME of the camera database file for each camera type and speed (as they will be if you downloaded them from here), you put them into the named map folder (same place as the camera data files) and they SHOULD be assigned automatically. If this doesn't work, do a reset and then try doing the "warn when near" setup again.

2.Alternatively, you can put the sound files in the "sounds" folder instead of the map folder. If you do this, then your sounds/voices will be available to select in the normal sound effects list, along with all the normal bells and horns.
