Mobile 5883 seen Again??

Not sure if this is the right Forum - but here goes nothing.

Was having a bimble along the MA South Wales Westbound today minding my own business. On the overhead road where mobile 5883 is listed, I saw a free standing camera(?) on tripod over the middle lane of Eastbound traffic. But it was facing the rear of vehicles. i.e. going away from what might have been a camera. I could see two rather thick cables dropping down from the unit. No vehicles in sight either on the bridge or immediately either end.

The unit itself was a bit like an old fashioned Hollywood film camera, about 2 foot square and the lens side was all glass/plastic.

Anyway, have shown it as a seen again, but as I don't understand the direction thingy on the camera pages thought I would add this in case it needs to be changed to 2 directions or something.
