Navigator 7 on XDA Guide

I recently purchased Navigator 7 Europe on micro SD card to use on my XDA Guide. When I switch-on the unit I get an error message - Your device is not compatible with this version of TomTom NAVIGATOR! My XDA Guide is loaded with Windows Mobile 6.1 Professional. CE OS 5.2.20779 (Build 20779.1.4.11). I tried unloading Co Pilot (which I hadn't activated) but this didn't help. Any thoughts on how I can resolve this please?

Give TomTom support a ring in the morning on 0845 161 0009 although I doubt they will offer much advice as the application would need updating to include your phone - Mike

Thanks for the feedback - according to the TomTom site XDA Guide is compatible! I have raised an incident ticket with TomTom support so will see what they come back with.

is this the latest windows version as I'm sure it is only compatible with that
