Help needed finding suitable car mount

I am looking for a powered/active car mount for my iPhone that is also adjustable so it will accept the phone in its hard case (without having to remove the bottom section). I've looked all over and cannot find such a beast. If anybody has, I would welcome details.

I'm waiting on the TomTom mount - it secures the iPhone via flexing of its plastic holder so may be able to accommodate slim cases with access to the sync port, and the speaker will be useful (though it may only be accessible to applications coded to use it via the accessory port APIs).

Otherwise, look at Arkon, iPhone Car or Mobile Fun for some ideas.
