Camera database dual loading problem

Hi hope you can help please i posted yesterday but forgot to tick notify button so cannot find reply if any has been posted. I have loaded the European consolidated database over my uk zoned complete on my tomtom 710 now i cannot reload the latest up date for the uk zoned complete. When i work through the procedure on the loading page going through the manual options instead of last loaded no database appears at the end of the process can you please guide me in the right direction as to what to do to allow the uk updates and how i should load up the european ones in the future.
