Garmin compatible maps - Which Garmin.

Guys, I wonder if you could advise please?

I'm looking for the cheapest unit which can load this map on to LINK

My ideal unit would be a TomTom type GPS which could guide me anywhere in UK / Spain and then when in Morocco I could load the above map (I do understand it will not speak or route as such) Also it would be good to route to a Latitude and Longitude.

How can I spot in the garmin specs if a unit can load the above map?

Would something like the Garmin Nuvi 250 do?
