TT Home giving wrong information

Whenever I connect my 720 to Home, I select the SD card and get a message telling me my application needs updating (which I decline) If I then go to Show the contents of my device, it correctly shows that I have 8.351 (the latest) installed. If I go to the installed voices it shows 5 (correct) but against Kate it says that it will not work on my device. In fact Kate works fine, and is the voice I nearly always use.
I use the same Home installation for a TomTom One, but log in with a different email address, and always check to make sure that the correct one is in use. It identifies the correct device at the bottom right of the screen.
I know members have very little confidence in Home. Is this a common experience?

Incorrect version numbers and such like are fairly common errors when using Home, if it works on the device simply ignore what Home is telling you - Mike
