Satmap technical support helpline!

Hi all

I have had to phone to technical support a couple of times at Satmap so I thought I would give you some feedback !

From the moment the telephone was answered I knew it was going to be a good experience (which is unfortunately not always the case when trying to contact other companies)

I was really impressed with the friendliness and advice offered which was excellent.

Well done Satmap and keep up the good work.

Thanks for letting us know. It's always good to hear reports of good customer service as all you ever seem to hear about in forums is bad service and goods...

I think that it would be difficult to find a company as responsive and passionate about the development of their product whilst listening to the views of the customer as Satmap.

I'm here replying to customer support emails at 10pm on a Saturday.

Just answered three in the last 20mins, bet there aren't many companies who'd have your queries resolved in less than 30mins at 10pm on a Saturday?
