Hi and welcome.

I'm not a Mac user but does this message from the POI Download page help?

2. The selection does not work using Safari on an Apple Mac. The system works with Firefox and Camino on the Mac. The downloaded POI.zip file needs to be dropped into the Stuffit application, it gives an error if opened directly.

I assume you need a program called Stuffit to unzip the files? Or use Firefox or Camino?

Welcome to the forum, next to the download button is a small checkbox labeled "Show Link" try ticking this and downloading again it should cure the issue, also keep the number of categories down to around 20 for each download otherwise it will probably fall over - Mike

Hi, I use a mac and there is a little glitch in the system with Stuffit.
I don't use Safi, I'm FF fan.

I believe that Safi uses by default the Stuffit Archive manager or something to open the file, and this fails.
I download the file to my desktop, right click (ctrl, click) and from the drop down list, use the Stuffit Expander app. Works no problem then.

Hope this helps.

Almost. Safari uses the built-in archiver.app regardless of what other archive utils you may have installed and it is this that fails.

No matter though, if you have Stuffit installed just right-click the archive and select 'extract', if you don't, it's a free download.

Cheers Darren, I thought it was the default from one or the other, couldn't remember which one though. Sad
