I am not able to either switch on or off - except for when it is attached to a charger!
Any ideas?
thanks |

Hi and welcome.
What happens if you switch it on and then remove the power lead?
Have you tried giving it a good long charge? If using the USB lead from a PC it'll take about 9 hours to do a complete charge. Does the screen say that it's charging when you do this? |

So if it's charged but not plugged in it won't turn on?
If it's on but not plugged in you can't turn it off? |

Right, if it's charged but not plugged in it won't turn on (it only does so when plugged to either USB or car charger)
Right, if it's on but not plugged in I can't turn it off!
thanks again |
