My Bluetooth remote for my 940 has stopped working. I have swapped the batteries to no avail. Is there any way I can force re-pairing or some form of reset. I do hate this remote, I have had loads of trouble with it compared with my old wireless one for the 910. _________________ Tony

Mine did the same a couple of days ago, Try the standard TomTom reset, it then paired ok and worked as usual after that.

Thanks, that did the trick. However, I never had a moment's trouble with my old one. _________________ Tony

Hi, Glad it's working now. This is my first remote control so nothing to compare it with, apart from that one time I've not had any problems with it. It was strange though, nothing obvious happened just stopped working!! |
