|
|
I have a 540 still in initial 3 month trial of Live services.
When I try to update my GO from within HOME (latest non-beta version) everything works except for the updating of Fuel Prices (Europe - unleaded). I am pretty sure it updated at least once when I initially connected to HOME.
This now fails with an 'unauthorised' message (details below)
I have logged this with Tomtom and after some stupid suggestions they have passed it on to second line support.
Anyone else having this problem?
Any known solutions out there?

Don't have that particular problem but I have never been able to get the fuel prices to work on my 940 and get:
ERROR: TomTom HOME has fuel prices for a petrol station which is not on your map.
I've got the latest map, still in the 3 month trial period, Home is 2.5.2.60 and all the other live services work fine |

Still waiting for a response from Tomtom, so I thought I would try and sort it out myself
I uninstalled HOME, renamed My Documents\TomTom, re-installed HOME, connected up and the download went fine.
All seems to be working again. |
