MIO168 Menu oddity?

Installing new programs on a few MIO168's for friends and 99% work fine but 2 of them are playing up!

When I install a program it installs fine BUT nothing appears in the start menu as it does with all the others? There is plenty of room in the start menu as there are only a couple of programs in it? Any ideas please?

Also nothing appears in the programs menu either?

Easy enough to create your own shortcut if you need to.

I believe that some mio168's had PocketPC 2003 and others PocketPC 2003SE. Now I don't know about the difference between those but it may have that effect for some reason.

Have you checked within the settings menu page to see if anything unusual in there, 2003se is a rom update to the original issued 2003 and i dont think their was in changes in the menu structure.
