I returned my 720 virtually new as the sprung disc on the rear of the unit, that that puts pressure on the mount, never sprung from when I got it. It got returned to me 2 weeks later, and all they had done was change the application to the original old version and the sprung disc still didn't work. So I phoned to ask why would they change the application software and not repair what was actually wrong with it, and they said they didn't know and I had to return it to them again. So another 2 weeks later it returns, with the spring repaired, and when I turned it on... the red cross!!!!!
I never returned it again, but followed the advice on this site to repair it. |

Just one example HERE of how our website cured a very severe instance of that problem in a day. It's nothing to do with the battery being faulty, of course!! More like improper disconnection from good old TT Home! _________________ Dennis

Maybe, but mine would not show up as a drive or bring up Home. |
