Hi there,
My wife brought me a Evesham Nav-cam GPS two years ago this Xmas.
2 things:
Firstly, I had a problem with it sometime ago and under guidance reloaded the software. It sorted out the problem apart from the unit starts from scratch every time I start it up. i.e. I have to choose the UK, then UK Male voice, GMT etc. It also clears my "home" address. Can this be sorted out?
Secondly, I would like to update the maps on it. I've come across roads that are missing and I would like to download maps of France if they're available?
Can you let me know, either way, whether this is possible and how much? Or...........should I get another one?!
Cheers

I had an Evesham NavCam and the voice directions expired, during warranty period. But as the company who took over the warranty business wanted an extortionate sum just to look at it, I ditched the thing.
Ask your wife to buy you a new Tom Tom or Garmin, youwon't regret it! |
