Using SD card on TT720

With increased data being put on the 2Gb internal flash memory on the 720, I can foresee that in time, this memory could become inadequate. With this in mind I am thinking of adding a 4Gb SD card. I understand that the internal memory will work together with an external SD card on this model.
If I did this would it be better to put the complete data on the SD card or just put the map data on the SD card and use the internal memory for the rest? Would there be a speed problem using just the SD card? I am assuming that it's possible to switch between memory from within the TT unit.

Just use the SD card as an extension, as long as the files you put on it are in the correctly named folders the device will pick them up and use them.

"mp3" for you music tracks
"voices" for any custom voice files

Map folders should be transfered in one complete folder, a 4GB SD or SDHC type card will be fine for this job, don't bother copying all the internally stored files to the SD card though as there is no point - Mike
