Where do you get cables from?

Does anyone know where I can buy a cigarette lighter plug with 2 USB sockets in it - the one that came with my Fortuna only has one?

Also where can I buy a ziplinq (retractable) type cable that is USB one end and Fortuna Clip-on rechargeable the other?
