|
|
First noticed this last night when checking a camera on the submissions page, then found it's the same on the Google Maps website. The zoom controls are missing, and the cameras aren't showing. Gatso:1199@30 should be roughly where the two bus stops are in Priory Road.
Also, the street names aren't showing in hybrid maps.
I'm using IE6.
Please can anyone suggest what the problem might be.
Thanks. _________________ Anita

Thanks for your reply, wiz.
I'm using XP, and I've just (reluctantly) installed IE7.
I now have the cameras and street names showing, but still no zoom controls, except that the the slider is now visible, so I can use that.
Just got to get used to IE7 now. _________________ Anita

Thanks, Richard.
I found it was OK with FF yesterday, just had the problem with IE.
Maybe I should try to get used to FF instead of IE7! _________________ Anita

And when you get bored with FireFox and have mastered IE7 you can then try Chrome from Google which can be downloaded from Here - Mike |

Thanks, Mike, but while I don't agree with the adage "You can't teach an old dog new tricks" there is a limit to the number of new tricks an aging brain can cope with. _________________ Anita
