Traffic ended before 12 months

Hi Guys

I bought a 520 last november and paid for 12 month Traffic service, its now september and the Traffic service has ended.

Is it normal for TT to end there traffic service a month or 2 early.

Not normal but there have been one or two reports of glitches causing this. To resolve it you'll have to contact TomTom and open a support ticket.

To add some meat on the bones here.

There was a server problem with the TT Traffic "system". All you have to do is log a ticket, as Darren said, and they will automatically raise it to second line, who will fix it eventually.

Remember to ask for the weeks you lost as well, these can be added on as compensation!
