Subject: bluetooth headset to/from bluetooth pnd
Hi. Is it possible to have tomtom spoken turn directions sent to a bluetooth headset instead of from the speaker? This is so no-one else can hear the turn instructions except the driver. Useful for a chauffeur! A simple answer would be helpful because i is simple. Many thanks |

Welcome to the forum, which TomTom PNA have you got? - it might be possible to do this but the BT headset would have to be A2DP for it to be recognised and even then the TT is very "picky" with BT Audio devices, it won't work with a lot of devices there are some work arounds that can be applied to the device though to expand the range of BT devices the unit will see, the PDA running TT Navigator software is easy to get to do this - Mike |

Thanks for taking time to reply. Headset is a voyager 520 (can connect with two phones) and a yet to be purchased, (hoping for a price drop now the new tt will be out), of a tt 720/30. i have spent many nice hours trawling through the forums but have never seen the question asked. Thanks again. |
