First post virgin!!
I have a TomTom One version 3 (Makro good buy) i have sucessfuly up loaded my cam warnings.
Is it possible to set up an alert on approuch to cam sites, at the moment i can only see them on the map and with 9 points it may be too late.
I have looked at the menu but nothing stands out
Thanks

Have you followed the install guide here? This details the process for configuring the audio alerts. You can even add our real voice alerts available here.
And don't forget we release an update every Wed so you're out of date, grab the latest download _________________ Darren Griffin |

On a follow up to the voice alerts..... I have just had my speaker replaced by TomTom as the last one packed up, possibly due to the loud bing bong I had set up prior to the voice warning. Is it possible to install other voice warnings (without the bing bong) without having to go through the install procedure for each camera type.
In other words, can I change the voice alerts and they will work straight away without having to set up again?
Thanks. |

They share the same file names so I can't think of a reason why this should not be possible but I've never tried it. _________________ Darren Griffin |

If it is a TomTom One, they are quite prone to speaker failures all by themselves, nothing to do with the "bongs"! |
