HI guys been away for a while using Tom tom's own warning (heresy I know)

anyway just downloaded database and Simon sounds.

I seem to remember a year or so ago there was a lot of talk about the warning distances and someone had made a applet to sort these out - does it still exist anyone point me to a link.

Nothing clever... there was a chart produced, but the quickest and easiest way is just to use 10 yards for every mile per hour - eg 300yds at 30mph, 700yds at 70mph. This gives around 15 secs warning at all speeds.

Double the above for mobile sites.
