A few days ago I added a Co-op shop in Harrogate which I am working on. Yesterday afternoon, I noticed the Co-op category had been updated so I downloaded the new file. On my way to work I used the new shop that I added as my destination, only for the unit to display 'No route Found'. I then tried the other shops in the list that it brought up and it worked the route out no problem. Any suggestions?

I think we need to know a little more about the location of the shop. My guess is that it is on a road which TomTom believes is blocked or not navigable for some reason (e.g. pedestrianised area, or just through an erroneous MapShare correction?).

When I get to work tonight I will change the location slightly to the main road in front of the shop (currently it is the side road) and tomorrow I will submit the new location. That might help.

seems odd...

Manor drive is shown as one way north-bound, (and looks correct in the block/unblock dialogue in Mapshare) but even a route from the main road a hundred yards to the west will fail.

You cannot turn Left or Right, from Otley Rd, or drive straight ahead from Pannal Ash Rd.

It can be reported with Mapshare, as 'other error / other', but I don't think it will appear on the current maps.

I've moved the POI location to be on Otley Rd, for navigation purposes.

I'm half wrong in what I said above....

Of course it also depends on the map version....
You can only make those corrections immediately on a v815 or later map

On the v810 W+CE map...I just tried to un-do the turn restriction from Otley Rd going left onto Manor Drive, and it says it is open already... (but I still can't make it navigate that way Crying or Very sad

But on the v815 W+CE map, the turns ARE restricted, but if I change them I can now do the turns into Manor Drive OK.

I've now corrected all three directions into Manor Drive to be allowed - I hope that's right!
