Using Mac, POI's Zip only contains BMP files on extraction

I download the Zip to my Mac. Then use StuffitExpander (as directed in the page notes) to extract BUT I only get a single BMP file and no OV2 files on extraction. Any ideas? Thanks !

I've just downloaded the pharmacies on my Mac and it gave OV2 and BMP files after expanding the ZIP file.

Could you please be a little more specific about which category(ies) you downloaded so that I could try exactly the same.
