Nokia N95 8gb Navicore POi

I'm new boy on the block tonight, can any of you clever people assist a self taught novice please..

Can you advise, I have an Nokia N95 8gb and wanted to put tom tom on but there web site said not compatible?

I have a Navicore system that I have put on and working, apparently I can download overlays to that but me not being techi havent managed yet!
Any help thoughts or advise would really be appreciated.
Also I've looked on mass storage mem, where does overlay files go? How do I do that?
Navicore have downloaded an extension editor?? When I download LPG stations for exmple it opens this software then says converted for me, now what do I do?
