Error installing City Navigator NT Europe for Garmin 60CSX

Hello all,

I consider myself fairly computer-savvy, but I must admit that I can't figure out what I did wrong here. I was hoping someone could help!

I installed Mapsource City Navigator NT Europe on my Windows Vista Service Pack 1 computer, registered my GPS with Garmin, used the unlock utility to unlock City Navigator, selected the region that I wanted (there was only one choice), and went through the entire wizard.

Then, when I tried to run Mapsource, I received an error having to do with Reg name: 'HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Garmin\MapSource\Settings', saying access denied. The error popup told me to contact tech support.

Did I miss something here? Is there a secret trick or a slap-the-forehead item I left out?

Try right clicking the MapSource icon. Can you choose Run As Administrator?
