I lapsed my subscription, but have recently resubscribed.
I have the camera alerts for 2006,and have been trying to update them
I get as far as look in temp, click the indicated .bmppocketops.uk temp ,then up pops a box saying "unknown file format".

That message "Unknown file format" is usually given when trying to install directly from within the zipfile. Have you ensured you unzipped the file first? _________________ Tim |
