Help With Missing JWire POI

I've purchased the JWire Hotspot POI and did have it working but for some reason I can't seem to get it working now. I've just updated (and paid for) the latest verison of the Western Europe maps as I'm off to Europe in two weeks and I was wondering if that has done something.

I am running TomTom v6.010 with map version v675.1409 on a HP IPAQ HX2490B. I have less than the allowed 100 POI's in my device.

Anyone got any ideas?
