O2 XDA & Copilot, advice needed regarding tracking locat

Afternoon guys, this may not be in the best sub forum but i dont think it really fits into anywhere else better! This is my first post on here so go easy on me

Basically this evening i'm off out to put up road signs for a charity event which happens every year. Currently we have a very lacklustre spreadsheet which has vague locations on it for where each sign should be placed.

What i would like to do is somehow plot all of the locations onto my GPS. I currently have a O2 Orbit XDA which is running copilot live. How would you guys suggest i do this? Is there any way of recording the locations so they can be mapped on any mapping application (such as google maps?)?

I have no idea how to go about this so im open to any suggestions!

This may seem slightly overkill but when you have around 40 signs to put up, anyway of speeding it up will be a great help!
