got a 610T do i upgrade MAPS or device?

Hi,

I currently have a 610T and find a really good satnav Could i have peoples opions / thoughts on if it would be worth while for me to upgrade the maps to V10 2008 maps for the 610T or put the money towards upgrading to a new nuvi device ?

Can't comment on the device you own as I don't know it, but if you are happy with it, it is certainly cheaper to update to the 2008 map compared to a new Nuvi. For me, the map update was a good decision as the road classification seems to be better compared to V9 which in turn gives you more sensible routing, esp. in rural locations, where the V9 and older versions tended to take you through a lot of back roads instead of major A roads.
