|
|
Hi all.
I have just downloaded the Pocket GPS Camera database and I am about to install it. I also have had a tomtom subscription for the past year which is about to expire.
My question is do I have to remove any tomtom database files from my card? Will the 2 databases conflict?
Any thoughts very much appreciated!

It is possibly better to remove the TomTom cameras first.
Even if there are no conflicts, you run the risk of an erroneous TomTom camera giving you a false warning.
By removing the TomTom cameras first, you know that you're only being warned of cameras in the PGPSW database and when you update this at the next release, you won't have to worry about any old TomTom cameras that you might have forgotten about by then _________________ Andy

Thanks you so much for the fast replys!
I had forgotten you could remove items through home. I thought I was going to have to remove the tomtom database through the Maps folder which looked like a bit of a mine field!
Well tomtom cameras are now gone, Pocket GPS camera's are now installed and it's time to see if all the hype is true!!
Thanks again
