Im ready to buy a new tomtom im going for the 720 but im a bit worried about the volume,Ive heared that they are not that good? My go300 is very good when it comes to the volume i exspect its because the go300 is bigger then then 720.

Anyway is there any models where the speaker is going to be just as good as the go300?

Smile

Use the Aux outputs to feed the audio through to the car deck, FM is OK if you avoid the major cities, a direct cabled option is a good bet if the car deck supports Aux input, otherwise go the whole hog and stream the audio from the TomTom to a compatible Bluetooth HiFi enabled head unit.

The speaker in the x20 is best described as adequate, it is fine in normal use. If you need more volume (and quality) explore the options above - Mike
