Hi wonder if anyone can help, which drive is nuvi on PC?
as when I open mapsource it gives a choice of approx ten drives.....also which one is the SD card?
sorry but not very PC savvy |

List the drives, remove the unit, see what is missing!
Always use a card reader to load maps unless you are loading to internal memory. |

it will be different on each PC depending on what physical hard drives and cd/dvd drives and external drives etc are installed...
i'd suggest strumble's technique!

Oh...OK
I was still looking under mapsource. So when I looked under my computer I managed to ID Garmin as F drive and SD card as L
but when I plug garmin in mapsource only recognises unit as "nuvi 770 seriel no...." about one try in 10 - all other times I get just the long list of drives. |
