Hi,
I'm new to the GPS system so my appology in advance if my questions were already anserwrd.
1- Ihave done some reading and found out that I need to connect tomtom to my mobile via blue tooth and supscripe to TT reaffic service ,how much will that cost me..I mean the ecey day use and the yealy supscribtion ,is itlike calling another nobile phone or 0845 number?
2- I have I.0 GB memory and it's full ,I have a backup in my PC ,if I get 2GB memory can I download the backup to it?and what it the highst capacity I can use?

The GPRS service via your mobile phone is charged per MB of data, who is you network provider and are charged monthly or Pay As You Go?
You can certainly use a 2GB card in the device, only when you get to 4GB do problems appear, you must get a true SD card, most 4GB and above cards are SDHC and this type of card will not work with your device, a simple copy of all the files to the PC from the 1GB card then copy to the new card is all that is required. Just make sure you retain the folder structure - Mike |

Thanks mikealder 4 the quick replay,I have a monthly plan wih Orange 800 min to mobiles and unlimited home call my phone is Sony Erickson K800i, I will by the SD card 2GB is OK 4 me.

Thanks, I upgrade to the 2GB card ind it's working fine, I checked my provider website -Orange- but could not found any price for MB of data , anyone who used this service might have an idea? |

The Orange page you need to read is This One, it is well hidden on the Orange web site
I would go and have a talk to your local Orange shop, I work on a figure of 100KB per Hour of use when downloading Traffic via GPRS. 10 hours driving = 1MB of data (this was using a ten minute update rate) - Mike |
