Hi lads just found this site looks great and I hope you guys and ladies can help me.
1. I got one of these Medion MDPNA100 of a friend work hasnt used it for a while.
2. When i connect it to the pc windows is looking for a disc. I have none.
3. When i go into Tom Tom its asking me to activate it. I have went to the website entered my code but it says its not valid.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

If TomTom is asking you to active the MAP then follow these instructions:
http://www.tomtom.com/support/product.php?ID=181&Language=1&FID=82
If you don't have a card with the map's "product code" on it and you can't get it from your mate, there's not a lot you can do except buy a new map, which will probably cost more than you paid for the whole thing.
May I ask why you bought something that wasn't working? |

i didnt buy it he asked me to have a look at it. He had it working before but did something to it. |

Ah... apologies. When you said "got it of a friend (at?) work" I thought you meant "bought it off him".
So, is it asking you to activate a map?
Can you describe the screen it is showing? |

I go through the setup with the stylus I pick the guy to speak for GPS the it asks me to activate the map either manually or automaic. Either on is giving me what i think is the pda serial number and its looking for 3 different sets of codes to activate. Hope i explained it proper |

Did you try following that link I posted above which explains what you need to have to generate an activation code? |
