Maximum Speed limits...

Hi Everyone,

Apologies if it has been asked before but a search didn't find my answer.

Can anyone tell me whether the maximum speed limits (that can be displayed alongside actual speed) are set on the map version or are updateable. I haven't got the latest maps and have no plans to update but several villages nearby don't have the speed registered and I wondered if there was any way of updating the information?

Currently the only way to change the speed displayed is to change the map - Mike
