Hi,
I recently added NA v 715 and Eastern Europe on my SD card and deleted the NA 705 from the internal memory, but my 720 wont find any maps. I put them in the root of the SD in folders Eastern_Europe_715_1689 and North_America_2GB_715_1712.
Is there anything I have to do? It shows only Guan map in MANAGE MAPS.
FW is 7.481 but it is the same with .221
Thanks in advance. |

Is that the folder name given to your map or have you created that? - you should put the folder name back to what it should be, then see if the device can see the map - Mike |

Name of the folder shouldn't matter. Sounds like you're missing the license (xxx.meta.dct) files. How did you acquire these maps? |

Except that as it's not the name of the map folder as supplied by TomTom, it implies that it came from elsewhere.... |

It did come from "Other Sources" so there will be no further assistance with this problem, the simple advice is to purchase the map from TomTom this way you will get the correct activation code required for the map - Mike |
