You may find one more easily by searching for a sync cable for a Mitac Mio 338,339, Mio 168 or Yakumo Delta as these all share the same cable.

TotalPDA sell a compatible cable.

The demand for this cable is small so we do not sell cables for these models specially but we do have USB sync/charge cable compatible with these models.

I am not too sure about Medion model, if it is the same as Mio 338/Viewsonic then you can use PRM83 on http://pc-mobile.net/mio8380

Is uses the same connector as the 338/339 and is identical to the 339 except it does not have the camera.
