Hi,
Can anyone tell me how I can find out how much space I have free/used on a TomTom Go 920
Also how does a memory card work if I add one? Is this just extra storage space to use or do I need to put all the main info on there? |

It is difficult to say what free space you have due to users customising devices by adding POI files voices etc. If you add a memory card it can be used to suplement the on board memory, you don't need all the files and folders off the device stored on the card. Just make sure the files that you install to the card are placed into correctly named folders - SDHC is supported 4GB is easy, 8GB and above can be ''Fun'' I use an 8GB card in my unit - Mike |

So does that mean that there isnt anywhere I can see an "actual" status of free and used memory as you can on say a computer hard drive or an iPod etc. |

After you connect your unit to the PC in Windows Explorer right click on the tomtom and select properties you will then get a display of Used space and Free space. |
