TT Go 520 keeps trying to turn off

Hi All, I wonder if any of you can help me with a little problem I'm having... My TT Go 520 keeps trying to turn itself off!!! I get the screen come up saying your unit is going to turn off in 10 seconds, but it doesn't do this all the while...Some days are better than others.. I have the display maps/route setting thing set to never switch off.

I'm sure there must be another setting for it but I can't find it!!!

Firstly is the power to the device secure, is the charger plug inserted to the socket fully or does it rattle about, removal of external power will trigger an auto shut down.
You can disable this feature should you want to Change Preferences/ Battery saving Preferences and de-select the "Switch off when external power is lost" box, however if the power is disonnected at the charger and the device continues to run it will eventually flatten its battery and shut down - I would investigat the power source starting at the vehicles socket if I were you - Mike
