I decide to do a Hard Reset on my IPAQ4150, and have now been unable to reinstall CP6. The message comes up, make sure the data has been downloaded properly etc. I've tried now 3 times from the CD's to no avail. I'm not sure what to do next...purchase replacement CD's..(according to their web site, or upgrade to CP7 ?....or just use my TT on my other device !) Any ideas to try out ?

Give ALK support a ring, I had to last week after an installation problem and I was very surprised, the knowledgable staff who were most helpful is a very rare occurance these days 100% in my opinion, it is worth asking - Mike
