Can't download camera database

It may be finger trouble on my part, but I registered and then acticated my account. I then subscribed to get the database and paid, via paypal, with a debit card. This shows as a completed transation in my paypal account, but I still get the warning on the speed camera database page and my account details still show that I haven't subscribed. Could you help me please?

Somebody wise will be along shortly to explain, but it's usually that you've used the "wrong" paypal method - one method is virtually instant, the other (which shows to you as paid) doesn't actually get paid to PGPSW for absolutely ages - I'm talking many days!
