Subscription not recognised

I renewed my subscription for 12 months by Paypal on 25th January 2008. It is now 10th Feb and I have had no email acknowledgement and my account still says:
"You are a registered member, but not currently enjoying the enhanced priviledges that subscription brings."
I have checked my Paypal account and the transaction is confirmed there. What is going on?

Peter, we can quickly resolve this if you send an email to subscriptionsATpocketgpsworld.com with your user-name here and the PayPal Transaction ID of the payment we can investigate by return.

Ignore my last Peter, I took a chance, searched PayPal using your email addy and found you.

Although our subscription system is automated, and in the vast majority of cases activation is instant, on occasion internet glitches result in our servers not receiving the activation code from PayPal. When this occurs the payment is left in limbo as has happened in your case.

I have now verified your payment and manually activated your subscription, please accept our apologies for the delay on this occasion.
