Info Required re Hardware Problem

Having just renewed my sub and downloaded latest Speed Cam POIs, I find I can not upload them because the USB socket on my i3 is damaged. I tried to resolder it but failed due to back-to-back circuit board construction.
Having examined the transflash card on a reader, my question is: Does the file "poi.gpi" contain the factory POIs, or the custom ones? If the latter, is there an alternative way of loading new POIs directly onto the card?

Put the card in a card reader connected to the PC then point POILoader at the memory card and it will install the POI files to the card, once the card is back in the i3 it will use the POI files on the card - Mike
