remove the TT POIS and upload the PGPSW POIS or keep them and add some of the PGPS ones?

It really is up to you. You can have your TT POI's and also install the PGPS ones also but there is a limit of 140 3rd party POI's or there abouts for the ONE XL. Or if you want to delete the TT ones it is the POI.dat folder in the map folder but you can simply uncheck them in the Show POI's on map icon in the change preferences on your ONE XL.

Myself personally, i have not deleted the TT ones and have selected some of them to show on the map and have downloaded the PGPS ones that are useful to me and have them showing on my map also.

You can always merge your own POI categories with the built-in ones so they show up in one list...
