I've been using a 910 for a few years and have a lot of data stored on it.
Itinaries, Favourites, POis etc
What can be transferred to the 920?
POIs are straight forward but a I certainly cannot see how to do Itinaries or favourites. Can any one help? _________________ Fraserp

Itineraries are easy, they are stored as .itn files in the "itn" folder.
Favourites, Home location, recent destinations etc. used to be easy to copy across by simply copying the "MapSettings.dat file from the map folder of the old machine to the map folder of the new one.
That might still work for you, but I had a problem with it when I moved it from a machine that didn't have Text to speech to one that did.
The other way of doing your favourites is to convert them to POIs temporarily. See HERE for a "how to". |

Andy, Thanks for the info. The itn folders now sorted.
You referred to MapSettings.dat, I can only find Mapsettings.cfg on the 910 and 920
Is that the one you are referring to? _________________ Fraserp
