Hello, and thank you for your time.
I was wondering if anyone could help?
I have a medion mdppc150 and have navigator 5 on it? Although since it got reset by my bro, who thought he was clever taking the sd card out and adding photos to it, and deleting everything else, i now don't have the maps.
I have lost the cd with uk map on.
I have the software cd which will add the application (which i thought would include the maps, it doesn't), So now, i cant get this to work.
I have tried registering on the navigon site to buy other maps but wont allow me as i don't know my ID of the device.
Is there anywhere i can download the navigator 5 maps from? Or will navigon replace my cd if i explain the situation ? Thanks again |

Andrea, when I upgraded to MN5 I had to send one of my discs to Navigon.
I think they will play ball if you email them. They ae not the fastest responders.
You might be tempted by MN6 but they will tell you it is not compatible with Medion. What they mean is it will work but can be flaky. I got it to work on a PPC250 by switching to a hi speed SD card. |

if it involves sharing of maps or downloading of pirated data then don't bother. it will not be tolerated.

I was going to point our friend at this eBay item 310004615458 which looks genuine to me.
I thought that by listing it here others might also go after it and beat him to it!
That option is now lost.
I have a genuine copy, which I do not believe it is even possible to share, even if I wanted to, as Navigon security is very tight.
You could email them for help, but don't expect a quick response......
Merry Christmas!! _________________ Steve.
