downloading speed camera database

Hi

I am a beginner I have a Garmin nuvi. I have paid my subscription, downloaded the garmin poi loader and the speed camera data base. I cant seem to transfer it to my sat nav via a usb cable. Please help, what am i doing wrong?

have you unzipped the file you downloaded?
