Blackberry Pearl 8130

I just purchased the new Blackberry Pearl 8130. I am in Canada

It has an internal GPS.

I am looking to use maps on this...i realize that the pearl comes with the Blackberry MAps application. The only problem with this is that everytime i use the map..it downloads the map info and uses up my data time. This can get quite expensive.

Do you know of a map that i am able to save on the Pearl. The pearl comes with a SD.

I have a BlackBerry 8800 and have not yet found any navigation app that does not use OTA download of maps.

It's not such an issue for me as I'm on a flat rate contract, but as you say it gets expesive real fast if you pay by the Mb.

Blackberry maps is pretty poor, the best I have found is Wayfinder but still OTA so no good for you.
