Hi
My 910 had 3 visits to CRC with not a lot of success, There followed a number of phone calls to TomTom Support, they tried to be helpful but as I have had 27years in IT so some of the suggestions were a bit annoying, like have you reset your 910!!!. In the end theyasked me send it to Holland (showing my age). It was with them for 3 weeks and I then received a replacement which works fine. I was amazed however that when they sent it back it had V6.515 installed, I did think that they may have put version 7 on.
Lets hope everything turns out OK for you

Why are you dealing with Tom Tom? Why not the place you bought it?
My GO710, bought 1st December last year from my local Maplin store, failed a month ago, battery not holding a charge, so I took it back (they had a two year warranty and Maplin have a 1 year warranty). It had to go back to Maplin's tech people, who after a week phoned to say it was dead, so I was due a replacement. BUT they couldn't get one because they're out of production. So they gave me a full refund of the 1st December 2006 price of the 710, which I used to buy from them a new GO720, £55 cheaper and got a credit note for the £55! _________________ Dennis
